Holyrood Nursery Haydock provides stimulating and inspiring childcare for children from birth to 11 years of age.
Our nursery is located in a superb purpose-built property within the grounds of Legh Vale School in Haydock. As well as operating a nursery school, we work closely with Legh Vale Primary School to offer wrap around care for school children through our Before & After School Care and Holiday Club.
Our nursery playrooms are generously proportioned, carefully designed and extensively resourced to provide wonderful learning environments tailored to specific age groups. There is a lively and energetic buzz to the playrooms where children enjoy an extensive range of learning opportunities with staff committed to creating an atmosphere of care, respect, learning and fun.
We have a dedicated Physical Development Room for our older children to develop their fine motor skills and confidence through activities with ribbons, hoops and music. In our special baby Sensory Room we encourage children to explore different textures, soothing sensory experiences, textures, calm lighting and music. All of our playrooms have access to our extensive garden areas and we encourage children to enjoy fresh air whilst at nursery and whilst out and about on adventures in the local community.
We have a secure car park for easy drop off and collection and we are easily reached from all main routes and public transport services, making us a convenient choice for commuters and busy families!
